Description :
Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP.
Consistent communication with external customers providing status updates to repairs.
Maintain a high level of data quality within KBC’s SAP system.
Conduct data collection and analysis as applicable to customer complaints.
Review and report top customer complaints.
Support Project Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective / Preventative Action coordination planning.
Monitor assigned customer material from complaint entry through complaint closure.
Support disposition of customer material (Return to Vendor, Repair in-house, etc).
Prepare repair billings and cost estimates.
Work with the KBC Service Center to establish a repair schedule for in-house repairs.
Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, as directed, and any other duties as requested.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies.
Must comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
